Lol. You're trying to turn a 2 minute phone conversation into a full on negotiation. They didn't discuss anything else because Manny hung up the phone. Manny's stance (1-2 weeks after he said he'd take 60-40) while on the phone with Mayweather was 50/50 or nothing).Confirmed on both ends. He tells the public what they want to hear, but when it comes to actually making something happen he has a different stance.
40 million fair deal or a bad joke(debate)?

People wanna believe Floyd is scared, but the truth is that Manny was too damn scared to negotiate and got off the phone after 5-10 seconds-literally! His bluff was being called when he said he would take the smaller amount to the public, but behind the scenes he said he wanted 50-50!!! Pac don't want the fight.Comment

Pac did counter the offer directly to Floyd, 50-50 and you can have everything you want.
Bob even countered on his own, $50m flat fee to Floyd.Comment

Mayweather said he met with Michael Koncsz a couple of times - yet they never discussed the back-end? OK.....Comment

Incorrect. Pacquiao publicly stated he'd take a smaller guarantee not less of the PPV. And even if he did say he'd take less of the PPV, does that mean 0% lolComment

The facts are!! Had pacq and mayw even agreed to a 45-55 or 40-60 split, he would have made more than 40mil . Mayw knew this .. That's why the greedy bastard said 40 mil flat or no fight! Yet had pacq said OK. We all know by proof that Floyd would have implemented another rediculous demand to kill the deal!!Comment

I don't know.
Why would the backend not have been discussed? Oh I know....because it wasn't a real offer.
Mayweather's Twatter offers. Arum's countdown clock. It's actually laughable when you look back at it.
Both guys have raked in millions fighting mostly cream puffs. Floyd is fighting Marcos Maidana next ffsComment

He did. He said, "That doesn't even cover the back end."
Second, I don't know who is the dummy (daggum)that said the $40m will go to Top Rank and not Pacquiao. I had no idea all the revenue had been counted before the fight took place. Stick to cracking stale jokes because that post sounded like one.
Anyway, Pacquiao felt like it was a bad deal and I can't fault a guy for feeling that way. But maybe, just maybe, he should have Top Rank open their books so he truly knows what his value is.
Myself, I don't think the offer was that bad.-its something like $10-12 mil more than Manny ever made for any other fight, so he could of said yes. On the other hand, if the fight made what most people think, Floyd would potentially be making 3-4 times what Manny would (based on the way his deal is structured). As such, I can understand why Manny would refuse this deal.
Of course, had Manny not walked away from the fight in 2009/10 this deal wouldn't be an issue.
