It's a true toss-up fight I can see it as a draw; neither would blow trhe other out no matter who won; the only difference to me is that Floyd is a cleaner puncher.

Boy Im smarter than you ever will be. You called me ****** and I havent called you any name. Why is that? Because you couldnt dispute anything I said in my other thread. Im not biased for or against any fighter unlike you. I asked you time and time again one question and since you couldnt give me anything, you insult me. Im assuming that thread changed the way you see things. You dont know SHIET ABOUT BOXING. Now agree to disagree and move on.

A lot of guys here are acting like Floyd wouldn't be able to tag Whitaker.

Totally forgetting that Roger Mayweather fought Pernell, and *gasp* actually KNOCKED him down during the match. Sure, Roger lost, but Roger was still able to get to Pernell.

Good point,,, I chose Whittaker based on his unorthodox southpaw style, I think he would be too tricky, kinda like how Augustus had some success vs Floyd because he is so unorthodox...
But your right,, pernell can be hit, because he would stand and trade sometimes and really **** it out with guys, plus roger could crack

I think Floyd is a top 20 fighter all time. He will probably go down as top 10. He is one of the most complete fighters in the history of the sport. He has the rare ability to combine athleticism and skill with perfect technique and excellent ring smarts. I believe he does a lot of things better than Sweet Pea.

That said I pick Whitaker over him for a couple of reasons. For one I do think that Floyd's stance is more vulnerable to a southpaw stance. Corley and Judah to a larger extent did have success against Floyd. I also think Whitaker's head movement and overall speed is something Floyd has rarely dealt with. If Floyd fights a more aggressive fight against Pea like he does most southpaw's then it will be hard for him to land that straight right hand and body shots like he did those other guys.

At 130-140 there are only a handful of fighters I think can beat a prime Mayweather. Whitaker just happens to be one of them.

I already asked you on the other thread. I said name a fighter in history that could fight Floyd's opponents, and make the proper adjustments on each style and dominate them all without even being hissed. The answer was none. We already went through this on the other thread. Lets not repeat it here. If you want ya whoopin take it to the ring. By the ring, I mean the other thread. And go and get Bushbaby and tell him to brang his punkazz to the stage as well. I been waiting on him and for some reason he been duckin and dodgin.

Oscar would blow thru everyone on Floyd's resume from 130-154 and do it in much more dominant fashion,,,,

Roger can punch and was a good fighter in his own right. Also Floyd's style more mimics his father than his uncle.

Oscar could do a bunch of fancy pull counters on JMM? He can walk down Canelo without being grazed? You know what I asked you so stop pretending to be ******. The correct answer was no fighter in history could beat his resume without being grazed. No fighter in the history of professional pugilism. We already went through all of this remember?
