I gotta go with Whitaker by close by clear decision. I think anything above 135 would be Mayweather. Mayweather has just gotten so much stronger physically as he he moved up in weight.

Pea old basic one dimensional ass wouldnt do shiet. He had problems with fighters that are no where near Floyd. Floyd aint no flashy defensive fighter, he's a much more complete fighter. Where is Whitaker today? And where is Floyd? I think thats enough to describe the difference in between the men, and Floyd is way smarter. Pernell can box, but Floyd is way smarter and Pernell will be very predictable after a few rounds. Aint nobody beating Floyd especially a lower grade version of himself like Pernell.
