He didn't run for 4 rounds. He ran the last 3. He schooled Trinidad in the 9th badly.

I find it funny the ones that voted PAC didn't even explain..Oscar, Tito, and Whitaker have better resumes and PAC doesn't even have the best resume in his own era....Mayweather has a better resume at welter. Most over guys after big wins not losses and complete drubbings...even Donald curry is even or slightly better. Hr unified and defended the welter title

Who has Pac beat at 147? Rios, Clottey and Mosley? Really?

I hate you Pac fans I really do. Why lie? What do you gain? Floyd's resume ain't good either but picking Manny is a ****ing joke. How do you's live with yourselves?

What's the thinking behind it? I just don't understand

Whitaker probably has the best resume if you count his matches that he was robbed at.
Pac should not have this many votes i understand his fans love but how does he even have a better resume than FM, a guy in his own era.

Oscar De La Hoya fought the best competition(prime mosley, quartey, Whitaker, Trinidad but 2 were losses no matter if you agree with which fights he won i think he went 2-2), I think he beat Trinidad and Quartey, and Mosley clearly won, Whitaker lost but HBO was so biased in their commentating and the crowd...they went crazy over eveything he threw even if he missed
In another post you said that quality was important. I'm scratching my head at the names that you brought up for Mayweather because when he fought those opponents, I keep telling myself,
                - which good/great WW did they beat?
                - Were they themselves considered good/great WWs at the time?
                - How many fights have they fought at WW?
                - Were they prime WWs?

You named 7 WW opponents where 4 of them combined had a total of 4 WW fights!!!
