I always sort of disliked the p4p term myself and when rating fighters in a historical sense, I'd much prefer them to be simply called the "greatest fighters of all-time" rather than "p4p best of all-time" or something like that with the p4p term included in it...Some fighters are known as all-time greats because they dominated their own weight classes for a prolonged period of time (Pep, Leonard, etc.), whereas some fighters are known as all-time greats because they've had tremendous success in moving up in weight and defeating bigger men (Langford, Armstrong, Canzoneri, etc.)...All deserve their high place in historical ranks regardless of what one believes p4p to emphasize.

        Liston
        Holmes
        Dempsey
        Louis

        Lewis
        Holyfield
        Charles
        Patterson
        Tunney
        Jack Johnson

were all better than Tyson. And I'm sure I'm forgetting one or two.
IMHO opinion Mike's accomplishment in his short prime years deserve merit to be in my list, being the youngest HW champ and dominating the division for a few years, I also think that Prime Tyson can beat half on your list including Lewis and Holyfield...

but its ONLY my OWN list as a regular fan, i acknowledge past legends that i have not seen fight although with some reservation, and I give a lot to great fighters that i have seen fight, maybe that's why my list includes Mike as a HW p4p ...
