this isnt news, we all know pac isnt going to accept 0% of the PPV.
Ariza - Manny chose to not accept Floyd offer

First off, we've established that Manny doesn't get paid his WHOLE purse. And second, Pac's value has been dropping (ironically) since Floyd alleged he might be on PED's. There was the farce against Clottey, he looked great against a shot Margarito, sluggish (leg cramps was the official excuse) against Mosley, then the "Robbery of the Year", etc. Pac's performances have been diminishing for YEARS, meanwhile Floyd continues to fight better opposition, and win impressively. Not to mention the gulf in drawing power between the two. What were their last PPV numbers again?Because it's a 12% boost over freaking Bradley, for the biggest fight of all time. would Floyd take a 12% raise over what he made for Guerrero, for Pac? Of course Pac's value dropped after the JMM KO, duh.
You miss the point. Politics in general is lucrative, even in the third world (or especially). Now if Pac is reckless with hsi money, that's his problem. he'd have money issues if he was paid 2x. Just like Holyfield, Tyson who made crazy money and eventually went bankrupt. Prbably happens to Floyd with his spending habits as well.
And maybe you missed it, but Pac has NO idea what his money is doing. Your wishful thinking means nothing when Manny is STILL ****** enough to let Arum and Co. into his pockets. If Bob has been successfully raping Pac's finances for years, what makes you think Filipino politicians aren't doing the same? lol. Regarding Mayweather and his $, he has $123mil in one account, and will make multiples of Pac's biggest payday against Maidana this year. I think his finances will be just fine. Now I'm off to see if the Heat can actually win a game. To be continued.

Nice attempt to sidetrack this. I don't care how much either guy has in their savings account. I wish Pac was better with his money, but I don't like him for his accounting prowess.First off, we've established that Manny doesn't get paid his WHOLE purse. Look it's simple. Pac got paid 26m+ for his prior fight, and same for his very next fight. One was an unmarketable matchup with Bradley who brought zero fans, next one a "not again" 4th fight vs Marquez, after their weakest fight. Ended up being awesome, but that's after the fact. So in between the 2 Floyd offers him 29m, apples to apples. That's a pathetic offer for his then market value, for this mega fight. But just insisting on no PPV upside tells you all about Floyd's intention here.Comment

you're such a damn shill lol. i hope manny pays your ass for all the hard work you do on NSB because you deserve it.
i mean ****, you work harder than pac's very own spin doctor michael koncz, who btw,
it was a "non-issue" alright.KONCZ CONFIRMS PACQUIAO HAS NOT AGREED TO RANDOM DRUG TESTS WITH NO CUT-OFF DATE
July 07, 2011
While many have speculated as to whether or not Manny Pacquiao has truly conceded to all of Floyd Mayweather's terms, his adviser, Michael Koncz, recently confirmed that they have not agreed to the random blood and urine drug tests that Mayweather wants prior to all of his fights. "Yeah, well we agreed to, in the past, random testing as long as when we get tested, he gets tested, up to 14 days," Koncz revealed in an interview with FightHype's own Ben Thompson, making it clear that they're still asking for a cut-off date some time during the weeks prior to the bout. "We're not going to test on the day of the fight. I'm not going to sit here and tell you yes, we'll agree to do tests that day or not, but What we've done in the past, we've agreed to give blood immediately after the fight, but then the problem is the commission told us that they won't do that because it's not sterile in the dressing rooms. Will we give blood 5 days, 7 days before the fight? You know, that's something I have to talk to Manny about, but we have nothing to hide. I certainly can tell you we will not give any type of blood on the day of the fight," Koncz continued.Last edited by John Barron; 03-16-2014, 03:42 PM.Comment

I got no problem with a window, 7 days is a-ok unless the intention is to obstruct. Hard to tell what Floyd thought about it, he was too busy vacationing and thinking of the next roadblockComment

considering that these ****ers can't stick to one story, i'd take a vacation too.Comment

They agreed to Floyd's previous demand, and possibly better. We don't know how far they were willing to go as Floyd preferred not to call their bluff. Moved on to joke purse splits, then leave your promoter and join TMTComment

Dumb dumb move by Manny to decline $40 mill with his tax issues and his promoter's double dipping in his pockets, to then sit by a phone expecting Floyd to make another offer for less. That's what's going to be remembered about is negotiating abilities.
