Nope, I've not seen skills better than Floyd's. He certainly has the most skilled defence ever, there's no question about that as far as I'm concerned.

Frank Warren wanted the fight, Ricky wanted the fight and Billy Graham REALLY wanted the fight (he believed Ricky was far more skilled than Castillo, and that Castillo clearly beat Mayweather).

Now, the reason Ray says that Ricky isn't ready for Floyd in America right now is because he's being sensible and wants Ricky to have more experience of training and fighting in America first. Be patient Ricky has never main-evented in America, never trained in America. Let him beat Baldomir and/or Freitas, then bring on Mayweather with no excuses.

DUDE BS.. How come PBF is willing to go to Britian to figth Hatton without any experience fighting over there first. Im not even gonna argue this point anymore. Even if they fight and PBF shuts Ricky out youll make excuses then. I like Hatton..its hard not to like him. He is a charming and engaging figure but that doesnt make his story a viable one. In the end he will go down and end up just like the Prince. PBF will make Ricky look inside himself like Barrera did to Hamed, and crush any sense of worth, ego , and accomplishment that he thought he had inside himself. I have no doubt Floyd will disect him I just dont know if hell rip him up and get a TKO or get a UD!

So, if Hatton does beat Floyd, he deserves Mad props.

I personally don't think Ricky can beat Floyd, I think it's too late now. When he started using weights with Kerry Kayes, it slowed him down. Ricky is past his best. But I do think he had the tools to go almost 50/50 with Floyd (like kind of Ali-Frazier/Robinson-LaMotta, I'm not saying Ali or Robinson are in the same class as Floyd - but I'm just giving that as example).

          Unbelievable !!

The shoulder roll DOES not work vs. a strong right handed puncher. He's been fighting face-first brawlers that make his defence look better then it actually is.

JuicyJuice, you haven't seen clips of Benny Leonard, Gans, Whitaker, or the one and only willie pep. You should maybe even check out Edre Jofre clips.

Yes I have seen clips of those awesome, awesome fighters. But Floyd is just sick mate. Herol Graham would put his hands behind his back and make guys miss with his reflexes, but Floyd is just sick.

Floyd has the most complete defence ever and that includes the flashy **** too. Against Justin Jukko, he put his hands by his side to let Jukko hit him. Jukko threw a jab and Floyd flicked it away with his right shoulder. Floyd's the truth.

American expierience? **** that! If your a boxer you fight anywhere! This aint about no expierience! What's the diffrence in training in the US? It's the same **** just diffrent gyms! Also the refs and judge's will be diffrent so that's basically the diffrence..But this time the judges won't be nuthugging also the ref. Everything is pretty much the same But this time hatton will get penalized for clinching.

**** outta here with that "Let him fight to get american expierience" Bull****... So if floyd want to fight hatton in manchester does he have to have 1-2 fights in manchester?? HUH!

I don't think the Mayweather's really knew much about Hatton (just how good he was), I think they would of under-estimated him circa 03/04 and maybe Hatton would of taken him out.

I think the Mayweather's have only just started watching tapes of old Hatton fights, before Tszyu. And are realising that this guy is GOOD, and will be Mayweather's toughest test. Floyd will train his backside off for Hatton, not leaving any stone unturned.

No you haven't because then you wouldn't make ludicrious statements like that !! Seriously, JUYJUY look at what you are saying here. You saw him pushed around the ring against Castillo didn't you? He looked quite ordinary tbh, and he will NEVER be on par with Leonard, Jofre, Gans etc.

Floyd's conditioning is carrying him. I have yet to see a fighter push him to the limits, and until then I haven't seen technical brilliance. Technique shines through once adversity strikes, remember that.

America is the centre of the universe, aint it?

And your above statement is all wrong. Go to any Mexico, Puerto Rico, US gym and a different mindset is evident in ALL of them.
