See I just don't understand this. Its OK for GGG to stay at 60 fighting stiffs because supposedly nobody at 60 will fight him. Froch has refused to move up his entire career and has his balls beyond massaged on here. But Ward is criticized for staying at 68 when there's. No real interesting fights there for him. Sounds like a double standard to me.

Ward just had a fight in November against an opponent not named Pavlik after suffering an injury!

Nice try your nick name should be "nuthugger" from now on. I see you did not respond back to GGG saying he was not ready to face Ward "at this time"

This is just to remind you! Just in case you forgot

WBA/IBO middleweight champion Gennady 'GGG' Golovkin (28-0, 25KOs) could see the possibility of facing Andre Ward (27-0, 14KOs), the WBA champion at super middl

He himself says he is NOT READY for Ward right now! But is willing to face Chavez jr. who is bigger than him and Ward! How ironic...

Tell GGG "call me out at 168", safe in the knowledge HBO have told Loeffler not to make the fight.

Where has Ward called Golovkin out? He calls Chavez, he calls Froch, he's just called Groves.

So you can't answer the question about Floyd knocking out your idol huh?
I don't idolise boxers and this isn't the thread to discuss Mayweather.

I've seen it said numerous times:

Possibly now, but HBO said early doors they didn't want this fight. You can't tell me they were protecting the unheralded Kazakh who was no draw back then.
Like I said Golovkin sounds less interested to me.

And who's article is that? Is that someone from HBO saying that?

They'd be pretty ****** to believe Ward will ever draw what Mayweather does.

The thread will soon become about Pac/Mayweather

You brought up Floyd in this article before I even responded to you! Hinting he was scared to fight GGG!

So I said if he is such a "coward" what does that make your idol for getting knocked out by a "coward"? Is he a "warrior" for that? Lol

Listen to how dumb you sound.

Calling you forum colleagues names is the smartest thing you can perform... I don't mind, I can stand intelligent people...

... But Ward still has noone of notice to fight next, right? If GGG is ducking, why doesn't he call Kovalev? He will be surprised to find out the answer.

Ward will make a great commentator...

If there was not so much double standards I would say it is cool for GGG to stay at 160. The fact that he said he would fight anybody from 154-168 he did that to himself. And if Floyd doesn't fight him at 154 he is scared?

But GGG gets a pass from fighting Ward at 168? But I shut a lot of them dudes down and I see they are on damage control to the max right now
I think GGG is a heckuva lot better than Matthysse. Not sure if he's in Pac's league. Pac's popularity is directly linked to people thinking he's the guy to beat Floyd. I think a lotta Matthysse's popularity came from people not only hoping he could beat Floyd. But I think even more of a factor was that he was the guy that was gonna shut Broner up. I believe a lotta GGG's popularity stems from them hoping he's the one to beat Floyd.

That said, Ward-GGG is a fight that under normal circumstances I'd have lil to no interest in. Ward is the #2 fighter in the world while GGG's best win is Macklin. So normally, I'd wanna see a lot more from GGG before taking him seriously against a guy like Ward. But seeing him get his ass kicked and re-living the gloom and doom of Garcia-Matthysse would be funny as hell.
