Lookin good there champ, it's obvious your thinkin too much about the camera but I can tell you have good form and posture. Keep up fight, look forward and while you throw, rotate your hips and put some "OOMPH" into it.

After reading some posts, I just want to ask.. who the trains you?
According to your post, you're a boxing newbie. A new person to boxing.

In other words, you are telling us you haven't practiced the basics what so ever.
If you haven't learned the proper way to throw a hook from a trainer, stop throwing them

Its obvious you're not practicing the fundamentals and like the feel of flashy shadow boxing(to me it seems), everyone does but doing it at such an early stage of learning is bad habits.

You drop your hands after almost every punch and that's not the only thing I see bad about your technique. Now go watch some Finito Lopez and look at how he holds his hands, brings them back, body rotation, hes got it all.

The first gym I trained at, would of never taken such bullcrap in their gym. The first day I went there they literally made me shadowbox for 2 hours in front of a mirror at a very slow speed to show me why I shadowbox, to build muscle memory.

The right foot(if you're orthodox) is meant to stay on its toes with the exception when you throw certain shots(ie left hook)

Say the right hand, your left foot is flat, but you rotate from your right foot as it follows through up your legs through your torso to your shoulders to launch that right out. Yes your right foot is now rotated on its toes to launch its weight to your right hand while your left foot is flat, but in a sense you are still "on your toes" ready to move after retracting the right hand.. its sense of balance on your feet.

All the best boxers stare at the camera throughout their fights. Great work.
