    Not bad. You're getting there.

But I still got Brian Sutherland by close decision.

Your posture is nice but the way you are throwing punches....maybe in a different environment, it will look better.

You showed you have balls and guts by posting this so you are cut from a good cloth. Most people wouldn't dare to post videos of themselves due to insecurity or other inhibitions.

Aside from the obvious lack of speed due to the calmer rhythm of the work out, I'd recommend visualizing a target so you can better simulate a real fight situation. This will allow you to practice head movement as well.

Keep doing your thing man and block out the negative, let in the positive. You'll get a few harsh/trollish comments which happens when a platform like the internet gives the anonymous a voice. Practice makes perfect like they say or at least it makes you steadily improve. I am in the same position as you in terms of fighting shape, I'm at 178 right now (I'm 5'8) but the good thing is we still look good lol. As far as fighting shape, we'll need to tighten our upper body a bit (we have a similar build). Anyway, have fun brutha!

                  Truth.

Keep it up, OP. You didn't look bad at all. You were obviously throwing relaxed but the form is there.
