Haha I knew it, you look about as tall as me (give or take an inch I was guessing). I'm probably at 183 now as well after eating through the day. I go by my morning weight, some days I wake up at 180 or so. It fluctuates, goes up and down... not really active at the moment! I am trying to watch what I eat, let in more good stuff than bad.

You're a cool guy dude. I like your vibe.

Yeah feel free to do so man.

Once you get into it all you are going to do is improve.
At least you are not one of those guys that can't punch or throw punches at all.
Just make sure you don't lunge in too much with each punch and don't throw the right uppercut with that huge loop.
When you throw the straight right make sure you move your head too much with the punch.
Just keep at it man, good work.

Your stance is screaming for an overhand right to land on your jaw at any time. Looping slow punches are begging for a counter punch and your slow ducking is searching for a lead uppercut.

My advice, learn the basics then move forward.

eric crumble and reggie strickland got you by ko1 but it wasn't too bad. just pull back your punchers a little better sometimes. you leave them hanging too long (only sometimes). pull them back immediately to yoru chin. snap them back

                    Nice effort.

Maybe look forward to an imaginary opponent or directly into a mirror - help you balance a bit easier.

Keep up the good work, don't listen to the negative stuff.

Yes, really nice right uppercuts and hooks, strong. You are relaxed, this is good. Just stick to one stance, though, since you change from orthodox to southpaw. Which one are you? You remind me of Marquez. However, you are pushing your punches sometimes, like just arm punches, and you are squared up. Get your stance almost sideways, like Marquez. Turn your punches and return your hands to your face, to guard yourself.

                      Here is some beautiful technique.
