      wooooohaay

"**** knows", but my take on this fight is:- Vitali would knock Ike all over the ring for the first 6 rounds! Then Ike would knock Vitali all over the ring for the next 6 rounds . This fight is a draw ladies and gentlemen

He doesn't have kids. He was on probation for reckless driving while in the car with the 13-year-old son of his then-girlfriend. The **** of the hooker sealed his fate.

            Tough fight to call.

Tua didn't "outbox" Ike, he outslugged him on the inside. Vitali had a decent awkward effective style, but let's be honest, Ike was better than anyone Vitali ever beat. And Ike, despite wins over Tua (officially) and stopping Byrd, wasn't the most proven of guys. He will always be kind of a question mark, but he did show some versatility in how he stopped Byrd and showed good punch selection there, and showed his toughness in standing in there with Tua and fighting so close with him.

            Basically it's a pick-em.

Ike is solid but so overrated its not even funny. he got his name off beating a one dimensional tua in a fight that was very very close and beat the much smaller chris byrd. thats it. the guy had good power and a descent jab,,,but little defense and average handspeed. I dont think vitali would have lost a round to him. ike would have had all kinds of trouble with the height and reach of vit

If your speaking when they were both at there best as neither had there prime i would say ike by ud as vitali was never hurt by anyone and as far as i know he's the only heavyweight champion of all time never to be knocked down. But if they were to fight today i would say vitali because of ike's time out from boxing. I would have loved to see this fight if both were at there prime it would be a war.

Look at how Vitali made his name.

Beating fringe contenders, LOSING to a 38 year old, inactive, undertrained Lennox Lewis, and beating up fat guys or another part-time golfer who hadn't fought in over a year.

At least Ike beat that smaller Byrd.

Vitali was hurt late in round 6 by a short right hand on the inside against Lewis, and hurt by a left hand by Sanders late in round 1.

he dominated and knocked out herbie hide...larry donald...kirk johnson...danny williams,,,corrie sanders,,obed sullivan etc. they werent champion caliber guys,,,but solid top 20 guys that vit totally destroyed with ease. he was beating byrd easily but quit due to a torn rotator cuff and he improved vastly since that fight and lewis even at 38 was still greater than anyone ike fought and vit gave him hell. vit would have beat any version of ike in my opinion barring any cuts or injuries
