Why is Noe Gonzalez a bum? Or Paul Smith? Out of all the bums Groves faced, you had to pick out a couple that were actually decent.

But where was the outcry for a DeGale rematch? I don't know if you ever responded to my question in the other thread - but I don't recall Warren or Hennesey trying to make a rematch.

Everyone knows they'll fight again down the line.

No there wasn't and we don't care about that trash thought right now even if you think that the garbage you just said mattered You boy Froch better man up and fight a rematch because this kid gave him hell, and a terrible decision by an incompetent ref stopped Groves and Froch from displaying their heart and intestinal fortitude.

Warren tried to get the BBBofC to order a rematch.

Where was the outcry for Noe Gonzalez? Do you fools not see how you're undermining your own argument? James DeGale rematch was Groves' biggest fight and he fought a slew of bums instead.

At least Froch will fight someone world class if he doesn't take the Groves rematch.

        Incredible hypocrisy

You don't care because you didn't know who Groves was until about a week ago you dumb ****. Stop trying to pretend that you know ANYTHING about boxing.

Did he actually make a bid? As far as I recall it, Warren signed Groves immediately after the fight and actually made him fight Paul Smith! haha. And a few other bums.

Well Groves went that route because Gonzalez was ranked higher than him in the WBA rankings - and therefore got his shot at Froch on the basis of that. He fought as chief support to actually set-up the Froch fight somewhere down the line - he was then lucky he got the mandatory.

And forgive me if I'm wrong, but the same Paul Smith jr you call a bum - wasn't he DeGales' best win leading into the Groves fight? And probably still is.

Who's a hypocrite? Plus, the DeGale fight wasn't even that good a fight. It was a tactical affair all the way through. Froch-Groves was a war of biblical proportions.

Totally different situation and you're being a dimwit if you don't see it.

Groves and DeGale will rematch in the future. There was no point in an immediate rematch other than for DeGale - who had made a total fool of himself with his schoolyard namecalling and inept 1st 8 round performance - to get an immediate chance to redeem the loss.

It was said by many at the time including Warren that a fight down the line when 1 or both are world titlists would be a much bigger seller and there's little point in them fighting back to back. They'll fight again in 2015 or -16 or some time in the next 5 years. Big rivalries rarely happen back to back. Pacquiao Morales/Barrera/Marquez as an example.

So after DeGale who was Groves supposed to fight? You can't just walk into the ring against a world champ just because you beat a domestic rival. You have to work your way up the rankings, which is what Groves did. Everybody he defeated after DeGale was a step on the world rankings ladder. It got him a world title shot. What has DeGale done since then? Fought for a European title against bums and dwarves, basically.

Contrast DeGale-Groves with Froch-Groves. Froch will have 2 fights more, maybe. Possibly not even that. If he doesn't rematch Groves in 2014, he won't ever rematch him.

                    So stop talking utter ****e.

A bid for what? Warren wanted the board to order a rematch. Most people felt DeGale won but yeah that doesn't call for a rematch

Groves fought bums until Eddie Hearn manipulated the rankings to get him an undeserved shot at Froch. DeGale was the European champion and better than anyone Groves fought.

Hell Kenny Anderson was better and we all know how Groves shameless "Hayemakered" his way out of that rematch too.

DeGale shouldn't get a rematch because of his trash talk but Groves should after the way he disrespected Froch?

The hypocrisy is absolutely off the charts from the Johnny Come Lately Groves fans.
