Vitali landed more jabs and power shots in rounds 1,2,4 and 5 - not all 6 as you claim - and therefore it would be fair to have it at 4 rounds to 2. Now, let's not forget that Lennox landed the better shots towards the end of the fight - including a memorable uppercut. He clearly won round 6 as both men were tired.
However, Lewis was probably more tired, yet it doesn't take away from the fact that he busted Vitali's face up like never before or after - with shots not headbutts. Lennox on the other hand, for all the "dominance" or "punishment" Vitali gave him, looked like an oilpainting.
