Klitschkos are not the worst, they are the best. The only fighter who could beat them both is Lennox.
The more conservative European style works a lot better at HW then action style of American fighters.
Look at HW top 20, it's mostly Europeans, who are well disciplined and don't exchange haymakers like maniacs.
Times of Tyson and Foreman are gone. Lennox started it all and Klitschkos continued.
If you want to see haymakers go to any pub and watch drunks fight.
