Pacquiao is a puppet. Both in boxing and politics ... I'd honestly be shocked if he could read or write at a (American) high school level.

No doubt, Arum is trying to help him, but the Philippine government is relentless, so Pac is using the his popularity and the typhoon to rally the people to his defence.

Did Pac knew before his pledge that his accounts were frozen, if so, why made a pledge?
        You are so smart!

This whole thing smells political. BIR officials giving statements to the news? It looks like a smear campaign to me. Politics is a dirty business.

Complete attempt at character assassination. The funny thing is Pacquaio hadn't left the Philippines for more than a handful of days in the last 12 months and they pull this the moment he's out of town for a week at the end of his bounce back and in the middle of a catastrophe..no different than when the **********s started their ***** wasn't born in America bullshhh anyone falling for this shh should be ashamed of themselves especially if you are a person of color...they been doing this to us for well over a hundred years and some folks are gonna sit on this site acting like it's cool to do it too. The bigger issue here is the person in charge of BIR is associated with the moron who just lost his political seat to Jinkee Pacquaio no less but of course if you want to know this you can't depend on our American media.

not quite the same thing but Jacque demers who coached the montreal Canadians for many years & was a General manager of an NHL franchise & he was able to hide his illiteracy for his entire career. only a few around him knew. he couldn't even fill out his own lineup card for the referees... he won a Stanley cup too...it's amazing how he was able to hide it. an NHL general manager who can't read or write...

The only reason he became a congressman was because of his popularity you moron.

If this were floyd, then every syllable, every period and every word would be believed. And people would be going ham eggs and bacon on this. The thread would be over 20 pages by now. Political or not, Manny needs to rehire an accounting company to go over his stuff. Arum has been bleeding him dry for the longest.

I'm sure Manny was aware of and had been given a heads up on the nature of politics before he got involved.
