Bureaucracy in the Philipines is so f c kd up, look at what happened before and after the typhoon hit. Manny really can't trust the phil govt and he needs to learn something from this and adapt to it so he can live with it or he can just move here in the states and not put up with the corrupt officials BS. Moving forward, Pac should fire all his staff for putting him in the situation he's in right now and hire people from the states, non Filipinos and he needs to go back to school and learn something.
