Yes your right and with some prospects now the division isn't cleaned out yet and may never be which is good for fans if viable opponents are ready to challenge for the title, we don't need more divisions like Klitschko land though in regards to Bute he is irrelevant as a Ward opponent now until he re-establishes or should I say actually establishes himself in the first place as world class.

Its true that Bute is irrelevant as a Ward opponent now because he look like crap in his last 2 fights and lost to Froch.But Ward not fighting Bute and Bute losing to Froch makes Ward "cleaning out the division" by default.

He defeated a significant portion of the top guys in the division to constitute "cleaning out" the division. I don't believe he has to literally face each guy in the top 10-15; that's would be burdensome and a waste of fight(s) for Ward.

Ok how about after Ward avoided Bute after Bute called him out,Would you say Ward cleaned out the division then?Or would you say Ward cleaned out the division after Froch beat Bute?

There were many things in the way of the fight taking place but yes your right Ward does not automatically win a fantasy fight against Bute or any opponent Froch beats in the future though he would be heavily favored against those fighters.

No, but he has to face the other champions. He hasn't fought Stieglitz. He's obviously be favourite but boxing doesn't take place on paper.

Don't nitpick just to be combative, it was an ok to somewhat good win because he got rid of him in a hurry and by a 1 punch ko.

Allan Green is not a good win... GTFOH, getting dropped hard and nearly stopped by a journeyman also didn't make the win look any better in my opinion.

If I remember the timeline correctly, Bute did call out Ward after Wards victory over Froch, but Ward was on the shelf with a broken hand. 5 months later, Bute fights Froch, and the rest is history.
