On Network t.v doe.... Golovkin pretty much just passed Canelo and matched Cotto.
Golovkin is unproven in PPV and I wouldn't want to test him unless it was a very marketable fight.
Cotto's huge numbers and Canelos recent 2 million plus blasts Golovkin's 0

I don't think he'll have a huge ethnic fanbase like the other two... but he could try to get everyone to rally behind him like Pac

well he is drawing their numbers in viewership. Hell Canelo drew 1.1 million viewers against trout, cotto drew 1.5 million viewers in his return. Its quite clear that GGG is a draw right now

So 1.5Million will translate into 400-600k PPVs?

Last I checked, Hopkins did 1.6Mill, 1.8Mill with Pascal I and II. You think that makes Hopkins a draw on PPV? You think Donaire will ever be on main event PPV? He regularly draws 1.1-1.3million viewers, why not?

People don't understand what is a draw. A draw is PPV and gate revenue.

It doesn't matter. I know he's a draw. That's why I laugh at Quillin and Schaefer saying he isn't.

The issue is Sergio has 3 alternatives. And his promoter is ranking them in terms of how much money they would make his client. Do this for me. Rank Canelo, Cotto and GGG from 1 to 3 in terms of which fight would make Sergio the most money.

                Lol, this effing guy.
ANd I bet you think Canelo's 1.1 he draws equals how much in PPV?
Or is it all Mayweather pulling it in and Canelo's numbers when he does PPV will be crap.
Because so far he fought the biggest PPV star and if he does fight against Cotto he'll go against the third biggest... but somehow all those numbers will be attributed to him

It'd be like DiBella leaving a $$$ scholarship on the table for a student because he felt the lesser $ option had more challenging elective courses and took that instead.

and that's not martinez. golovking does better numbers than him and fights for much less. if cotto wants to make the most money he should figth golovking. he could take 90 percent of the pie. if he wants to target a guy with no knees then yeah martinez.

Cotto also has 250k PPVs with Mayorga
                      270k PPVs with Mosley
                      250k PPV's with Judah
                      500k PPV's with Margarito
                      600k PPVs with Margarito rematch
                      1.25million PPVs with Pacquiao
                      And 1.5Million PPV's with Mayweather.

Canelo has 2.2million PPVs sold with Mayweather. With the help of Mayweather or not, 1mill+ needs two to tango. 2mill+ needs two superstars to tango.
