If JMM was smart he would have fought Manny ASAP after the KO, he always had a mental edge over Manny that grew with each fight, picking on a Manny that probably questioned his current skillset and chin, would have been the smart thing to do, on top of that being his biggest money fight. Im all but sure he aint fight Manny a 5th time because he knew team Pac would have requested extra testing, the negotiations for that match went on for a while, and was quite public, for someone that was outright against, even Nacho questioned JMM questionable reasoning on not taking the fight.......................................

Hes a future hall of farmer because of his epic bouts with Pac. Manny made this guy look exciting, he made him look good. he made him who he is.

without manny JMM is nothing.

I agree Manny made him, and helped him secure a lot of money but JMM is definitely still 'something' even without Manny. He has proven that.

Did Manny even land a clean shot in that fight, I recall JMM bussiing out effortless combo's and knocking across the ring at will though

He just became a smarter fighter overall.

I just think JMM is probably the best counter puncher in the game , maybe after Floyd. He doesn't do it like Rigo with blazing speed anf crazy cat like reflexes , it's different , I don't know how to describe it. I know you know what I mean. It's almost like a perfect symphony when he does it. It's all in one motion and very coordinated. And he has gotten better at it with age. It's like he has perfected his style it's flawless almost.

I'm not referring to stamina or power or speed.

He can't be the better fighter being down 3 fights to one. He landed a very well timed and hard shot at just the right time. It was semi lucky and people act like he has Pac beat overall.
