or maybe, he was using himself. not far fetched when you consider he won titles in five divisions in less than 10 years. something that had never been done before. something that had never been done before, exactly what he accused Manny of. "h_he's d_doing things th_that have never been done before." EITHER Floyd was on something, or Manny terrifies him. Take your pick.Originally posted by Rapid CounterQuote:

This is getting absolutely ridiculous, people need to learn to let go and move on. I would rather someone come around to something eventually than never, regardless of what you feel about Floyd or Manny, these are the two biggest draws in boxing. They are both now testing, the real discussion here now should be why isn't everyone else. It's really that simple..let's stop acting like casual fans and really address the real topic to be discussed here and that's now that the two biggest paid stars of the sport are being tested should this be enforced on everyone else.Comment

I'm not giving either guy a pat on the back but I was one of those who was against Pac for backing away from testing when it first was made public. I think Team Mayweather should never have accused Pac of PEDS and Pac should never have declined the testing. So he agreed 4 years ago yet didnt take the tests until now? All champs should be doing it, the face of boxing should definitely have been doing it yet he waited for years. Feel free to give him the pat on the back that you never gave Mayweather even though hes been taking the test for the last few years.Last edited by richardt; 10-24-2013, 01:58 PM.Comment

this testing doesn't mean **** unless it's year round. If you aren't doing year round, you're not doing random testing. simple as that.Originally posted by turnedupThis is getting absolutely ridiculous, people need to learn to let go and move on. No disrespect cuz but testing is testing and it sure beats only testing urine and basic blood. Vada/Usada are both better than no testing at all. I'm honestly convinced that its damn if you and damned if you don't. Here's a fun fact if you use roids and they test your hair follicles they can still find PED's even months after you've cycled off...just some first hand information.Comment

What difference does that make since they both would have took the same tests?or maybe, he was using himself. not far fetched when you consider he won titles in five divisions in less than 10 years. something that had never been done before. something that had never been done before, exactly what he accused Manny of. I am talking about when Floyd went to Twitter and then called Pac on the phone. The reason Floyd called Pac was because Pac made it publically known that he was willing to take all the tests. Floyd then called Pac and offered a split with no PPV. If he was on board and Arum had been, that is when this set of negotiations would begin. Floyd would not have called Pac unless there was a foregone conclusion that the original stalemate, the original impasse had been understood to no longer be an issue. Floyd and Pac were past the test agreeing and were talking money and revenue. That is a fact. But I am one of those who did not agree with Pac for declining the tests at the start and I did not agree with Team Mayweather for accusing Pac of PEDS. But I do believe that the split of money should favor Floyd probably by a much higher percentage by the fact that he pulls more revenue. Both have huge egos matched by their managers and promoters and I have rarely seen a bunch of huge egos agree to anything, often.Last edited by richardt; 10-24-2013, 02:14 PM.Comment
