What difference does that make since they both would have took the same tests?
There is no difference. Just odd that after fighting 39 times, you feel the need to implement extra testing against someone who is doing bigger and better things, because it's impossible for anyone to be better than Floyd Jr. and if they are, they just have to be cheating. just have to.

so take your pick, Floyd juiced anywhere between fights 1 and 39, or Manny makes him leave Hershey squirt trails.

No disrespect cuz but testing is testing and it sure beats only testing urine and basic blood. Vada/Usada are both better than no testing at all. I'm honestly convinced that its damn if you and damned if you don't. Here's a fun fact if you use roids and they test your hair follicles they can still find PED's even months after you've cycled off...just some first hand information.
urine is what is catching the majority of cheaters, not blood.

The event marks the first time Pacquiao has subjected himself to random drug testing prior to a fight. The subject was a major issue when talks first surfaced years ago of the possibility of the Filipino superstar facing Floyd Mayweather back when both were considered far and away the best two active fighters in the world.

Contradicting reports managed to surface as to the reasons for Pacquiao’s team previous reluctance–and at times, refusal–to subject the fighter to such testing. The issue once again made headlines thanks to false allegations made that Rios has been the only one tested so far and that Pacquiao wouldn’t be tested until he arrives in China in early November. Here let me help you folks get back on track....

Who would you guys like to see going the USADA/VADA route next now that the two top stars in the sport are testing outside of the basic commission test?

          My picks:
          1.Quillin
          2. Chavez Jr.
          3. Almost every European boxer

Read the timeline I posted, if you can read. If you don't believe it, it's up to you to prove it isn't true.

Pederson and Berto were caught by urine samples taken almost three months before their respective fights.

Doesn't matter bro, the commission tests are easily beat...i'd rather take all testing out of the commission's hands. Mosley beat those tests for eons because he had the right people with him.

There is a video of Floyd holding and showing the "signed" contract and talking about it. It was posted on here before his fight with Ortiz. This was when Arum called off the fight because of the random drug testing.

pac never said he was afraid of needles, it was arum who made that comment. also pac never denied random blood testing, he wanted a cut off date, and he was willing to test right after the fight. this part always get left out when debating about this subject.
