I recall reading that srl and his team knew that Duran would balloon and live and unhealthy lifestyle in between fights, therefore they offered him a quick rematch knowing full well that he wouldnt be in shape in time for the fight. It also mentioned that their predictions were right and Duran had to take diuretics just to make weight.

The Brawl in Montreal was one of the absolute best fights and best wins ever. Greatness from two of probably the 10 best to ever step in a ring.

He stopped because Duran was chasing him down and beating his ass, and Leonard's best success was when he stood in with Duran and fought.

Meh, the in ring faceoff didn't work for me. Too fake feeling, and since neither guy understands each other there's that obvious cut where the translation is happening. I do like that they didn't air all of Duran's answer. It doesn't matter. It's all excuses.

Otherwise, this was really good. Boxing has such amazing history.
