The production was very well done, to be expected from ESPN and it is one of the most recognized events in boxing history and hopefully they put together some other ones but SRL kinda came off as jerky playing the victim role especially at the end. Did there really need to be some conclusive end if it hasn't happened yet why would it now, SRL feeling wronged bcse of what was done to him after all he was the one who insisted on the rematch being so soon when Duran was clearly nowhere near being in shape for it. Duran just had a mental lapse and lost it not being able to do what he knew he could but the whole appease me attitude was lame.

Leonard had fought his heart out for 15 rounds in Montreal. He deserved a rematch.

I love Duran and rank him highly, but he put himself out of title contention by quitting. I can't imagine that an immediate third match would have even sold.

LOL I agree. I laugh when I read the comments from the numerous Duran apologist. Duran quits disgracefully but they see it as Leonard's fault.
