and you can look at that division and tell me it's good, and i will disagree with you. lots of old, inactive fighters, and not a ton of talent.
How is he absolutely 15? Based off what?

The guy hasn't beaten anyone in the Top 20 or probably even Top 50.

What reason is he top 15? Because he trash talked Golovkin? Because if he hadn't no one would have any idea who he is.

it looked pretty good, I was fairly closer than the first time I went to the theater... Mid section and pretty decent view, dude next to me was a douche. He covered this ladies view and told her to **** off....also think a fight broke out during the fight near the left side.
Paulie is chill as hell.... only got in for a pic, but he was really cool with me

And yes...I did put my money where my mouth is, max betting Stevens by KO in the first round at various sportsbooks for odds from +5000 all the way to +12000.

I can't wait for the post-fight interview, all GGG will be able to say in English is, "this is just BOXX, this BOXX you know, I want rematch."
I bet you feel like a right **** now.

again, dan, you're the one who said you weren't familiar with the top 20 at middleweight. i don't know how you can say anything about a division you don't know / cannot rank yourself. it honestly drops off after peter quillin, but it starts to get very foggy at 8 or so. sam soliman probably used drugs. there's antonio rubio. some guy named ballsack. can't rank pirog. can't rank njikam. they're inactive.

anyway, here it is if you need to familiarize youself with it and see that stevens fits right in at 9-15. again, i don't care whether or not you put cabe truax, andy lee in front of him, etc.

boxrec isn't always great for orders, but their top 20 is ususally pretty decent in terms of just putting all of the major players into a group. they've got stevens @ 13. again, ring mag, which you use all the time in support of your own arguments, has setevens @ 9. he's not a GBP fighter, that's just where the writers at ring felt he belonged. not the be all end all, but on the smell test, the other ranking bodies, stevens is very clearly in the top 15, and can be ranked at the back end of the top 10.

Again, no I didn't say that. I said I'm not sure who I'd put in there off the top of my head.

It's pretty obvious that a guy who has beaten nothing but Journeyman at 160 isn't in the Top 15 at 160. Common sense.

Why is he very clearly Top 15? If he hadn't have trash talked Golovkin, no one at all would have him in there Top 30 at 160. The guy has literally only fought Journeymen at 160. How can you be Top 15 in a divison when you've fought nobody.

Boxrec's rankings are a joke. And like I said, the only reason anyone has him ranked anywhere is because he talked his way into the news. That's it. That's the only reason anyone even knows who he is.

BafanaBafana is probably the most clued up on here about the MW division and he quite easily named 20 fighters ahead of Stevens and I'm sure he could name more.

Lmao, trolls gonna troll. People on here are crazy!

Golovkin did get exposed : As having a granite chin...

Inb4 he moved back ans got wobbled .... Isn't that what was supposed to happen? If Golovkin is legit, wasn't he supposed to take the powerful left hook of Curtis and react the way he did and win the fight?

Golovkin outlanded Stevns 293-93 and won almost every round, got his chin checked.... And he had a bad fight? Jeez some people are ridiculous here .. All you keyboard warriors are ignoring the fact that Stevens, and rosado.... Both when they felt the power of Golovkin, went into survival mode to merely try and survive! They never fight like that In any other fights so that right there tell you something about the respect people who, you know, step in the ring with Golovkin, have for him. Hell Stevens was even criticizing Macklin for trying to survive , and he dd the same thing !

Sorry guys, GGG ain't going anywhere, deal with it

Highlight which part of my post said the list is the be all and end all.

I'm sure with reseatch it would be pretty simple to find a long list of fighters who could be ranked ahead of a guy who's wins at 160 are exclusively against Journeyman.
