The only guy that I would put my money on is Hearns, not because he's more skilled, because he's not. I put money on Hearns because of his physical attributes, and that alone. I think Floyd beats Leonard as well, but I do think Leonard has a chance at beating him, but I'd put money on Floyd. This is not to disrespect any of the past greats but it's time to face the facts, I'm not saying Floyd is the GOAT, but Floyd is the most skilled and complete fighter to ever grace this sport.

No, your opinion on anything boxing related is what's truly laughable.

You really need to change your user name. Only someone supremely biased would claim "Floyd is the most skilled and complete fighter to ever grace this sport". Just no.

who in their right mind didn't see that shutout coming?
Floyd's an ATG and Alvarez is a good fighter, it was in the script
Floyd deserves props for owning Alvarez, it's a good win
but now no one in his weight classes historically could beat him?
Alvarez isn't that good, this win doesn't change Floyd's ranking
plenty examples named in this thread of guys who coulda beat Floyd

I use to be a huge fan of Floyd, and my dislike for him over the past couple of years was solely due to him bull****ting and not striving for greatness.

Even if your the biggest fan, you have to admit he dropped the ball.
I agree. But for every rhyme, there is a reason. For every fight that should of, there's a reason it didn't. Nevertheless, if Floyd had those names on his resume, I would have him in my top 10. His only knock is his resume, which isn't a bad one by any stretch, but there are many great fighters who may not be as skilled as Floyd, but their resume's are better. That's why he can't be the GOAT.

You can argue both of their resume's all day. That's not going to change. My biggest argument against Pacquiao is the Marquez saga ranked up against the Floyd/Marquez fight. Marquez was robbed at least twice and then vindicated it in the end. Floyd on the other hand made a mockery of the dude. Pacquiao was a great fighter and that fight should have happened as should a Paul Williams fight but you can't deny the talent. Sure he may not act like what you deem a true champion should act and go out and try to look for a battle but he doesn't need to. The ******* said many times that its just about the money; its a business. That being said, competition in the 80's was way more tough than it is today. I think Hagler destroys everyone today including Floyd.

People are actually thinking Alvarez was a great win?

The guy had accomplished NOTHING in boxing, he was built up specifically to be fed to Mayweather so the TMT fans would eat it up like morons.

                      Pacquaios resume > Floyds

That ain't changing with fighters like Guerrero and Canelo, sorry.
