Terrible rankings. You have one of the, if not the greatest lt hw champ, 3 ATG hw champs, and some Mexican legends that won huge fights all after the legendary nearly man Oscar.

Difficult list to make so credit is due,
But why Frazier at 92, Foreman at 100 and then Holyfield at at 55?.
When Marciano is at 65 and Holmes (who has a better resume) at 76
?
Ezzard Charles at 5 , above Louis and Ali is also questionable, and I only mentioned HW (light heavy weight for Charles, but he never won a title there).
What is sure is that having an accurate list of the top 100 atg is a titanic enterprise.Comment

Oscar is an ATG,,, he probably had the hardest big fight schedule of ALL TIME,,,,
he fought undefeated ike, undefeated tito, undefeated shane, all in the span of about 15 months,,,,,
His wins over genaro, ruelas, leija,chavez twice, pernell, ike, vargas, sturm, gatti, yory boy, mayorga,,,,,
His losses were to prime undefeated shane, and too highly debatable losses to prime undefeated tito and shane rematch,, plus losses to hopkins, manny, floyd.. all 3 of those guys were p4p #1 when oscar fought them,,,,,,,
Yes he has had some bad decisions but they went both ways,, he should have lost to sturm, and pernell could have gone either way,,,,, but he should have won vs tito and mosely rematch,,,,, those woulld have been bigger wins and would have overshadowed the losses to sturm and pernell,,,
Oscar is def an ATG,,,, he is on the lower level of ATG but still an ATG,,, he could be a champ in any eraComment
