As an Andre Ward fan, I'd never put myself in a situation where I end up sounding like a Floyd fan.

If Andre Ward will beat anyone at 175, then as a fan I'd like to see him do it. I'll never sit there and say "well he'd beat anyone at 175, which is why he should have 2 middleweights move up and fight him at 168".

          Success is subjective.

Could he win consistently as a LHW? Sure.

Would he fight the danger-men/ legit LHWs? Most likely not.

Ward isn't going to fight the legit top guys, nor is he going to traverse outside of Oakland to do so. Ward may be a very good boxer but he has no interest in legacy. So the term "success" is quite muddied when it comes to Ward.

He's been a Proffessional for about 7 years and he's never weighed lower than 159 lbs.

Lord knows the last time he weighed 154 lbs.

There's nothing to suggest he can easily make 154 and everything points to him not being able to make 154, let alone easily.

I think you may have quoted the wrong post to launch your argument bro.

                So? What does that matter?

Doesn't take a genius to see I was replying directly to your earlier statment of "Golovkin can easily make 154".

It also doesn't take a genius to see that beating GGG at 168 isn't a big accomplishment either. Nor does it take one to totally ignore the fact that Ward won gold at light heavy in the ams in the very post he quoted.

most of the good boys that golovkin fought in the amatuers are MW, smw, and LHW these days.

despaigne, korobov, dirrell, bute, are all former good boys.

He didn't say anything about Ward not being comfortable at LHW.

You're the one who said GGG can easily make 154 which is completely baseless and clearly not the case.

Ward get's credit for beating GGG at 168. Especially if he does it after GGG moves to 168 which he will inevitabley do and beat some contenders there.
