WOW! No one can see that he is trying to use a degrading comment to get JMM to fight him???? Seriously? Too easy to see.

Read the article and read it good my friend.
I can't read minds so I just go by the facts in print. Both fighters said it was the last one beforehand. I could flip reverse your questio and ask if at any time in the previous three fights, or even the fourth, Pac knocked Marquez out, would anyone be asking for a rematch?

As you can tell that was reported in June 2012, a full 4 months prior to your report.
Then, in this link:

Pacquiao had a change of heart when he realized it was pointless.
And, yes the public may have wanted another fight if Pacquiao had knocked out JMM in the 2nd or 3rd fight. Look what he did to Barrera in their 1st fight and a rematch stil happened.
Overall, were getting off topic. I want to reiterate my point: The punch was not lucky and I still feel like JMM should be giving Pacquiao a rematch to repay the three gift rematches he was given that really put him on the map.
Oh, and be sure to read those links 'good' now.

Like I said earlier, I'm no Pacquiao cheerleader and happen to like Marquez just fine. I think he's the best Mexican ring tactician of all time. But he tried so hard to set he record straight with Pacquiao and ultimately got 3 extra chances to do it, but now that he got what he wanted, he no longer wants to face Pacquiao, even for the best money of his career. How can anyone else say this is not a duck? Boxing is sport but foremost it's a business. It made great business sense to rematch Manny, but he refused.
Furthermore, if star power had a thing to do with the results of those fights, Bradley would never have beaten Pacquiao when he lost probably 8 out of 12 rounds and landed 100 less punches while being rocked more than once.
More times than not, the come forward aggressive fighters pushing the action get the beter results on cards. That is a fact, not just some opinion. It's been proven 99% of the time. Those wins were the result of his aggressiveness. Not some robbery like you would love to convince yourself of. try another angle because that one just don't cut it.

It's a duck, plain and simple. If you don't think so, then answer why he would NOT face a guy he just knocked out and say he's retiring but his wife will allow him to have another fight, just not against Pacman, even if it's for as much money as he's made in his career up to that point combined? If nothinhg else, open up your mind and think about it. If you simpy cannot do that, then okay. Just admit it.

Marquez doesn't OWE Pacquiao a rematch, he is entitled to do what suits him, especially at this stage of his career. I would wager that if Marquez was made the right offer he would fight Pacquiao again. But I'd have a problem being offered millions less than a guy I'd knocked out to fight him again.

Not only lucky but PEDS powered! Nobody believes Marquez was clean just look at Bradley who would rather forfeit than fight if there's no blood testing.
