  • I don't know Manny. Boxing isn't win some lose some, it's you get over the hill and then you start to lose.. A LOT! I will wait to see how he looks against Rios but even a good majority HOF fighters have never been the same after getting KTFO like Manny did.. Manny forgets he didn't just go down once he went down twice! and although I think he was still winning before the KO something tells me his punch resistance just isn't the same anymore..

I could see If he had just got caught cold and went down once but you don't go down hard twice from lucky punches at this level..

Pac has got to come back and KO Rios.

      I hope JMM KO's Bradley !!

I HOPE then JMM will fight Pac once more to prove the 4th fight wasn't a lucky break as Pac put it , maybe that will erase his first three losses to PAC !!!! I think JMM deserves even money ! Pac will make sure of no mistakes and KO yer precious JMM !!!!!

IF that comes about and JR has not been slain by Canelo or more especially GGG

then yall can pull JR out yer ### and throw him in da ring with PAC and witness yer greatest fears

cause PAC will WHUP JR too
Its been a long time since PAC whipped anybody. You've got a complicated Christmas list...... Did I say complicated? I meant laughable.

I do, that is why many times I have stated my negative feeling about Pac's Needles issue and why I did not once say anything negative about Floyd fighting Guerrero or Ortiz and actually said positive things about him choosing them. And if a fighter had stopped Floyd and Floyd wanted a rematch and the other fighter for whatever reason didn't want a rematch, I would be taking Floyd's side like I have on a number of issues. Pac originally said that JMM landed a "Good" punch. Now it is a "lucky" punch. Pac is not the kind to talk sht so it is easy to see he is trying to rile up JMM in a passive-aggressive manner.

        • .Well, the first KO by JMM wasn't a lucky punch. That was perfectly timed and Pac knew what was about to him. The 2nd and final KO by JMM, IMO was a lucky punch that happened with a second left and Pac getting tripped. If JMM didn't connect that punch, the following round would have been the last round. JMM was badly beaten with a broken nose, having a broken nose with a mouth piece while fighting is like hell, and with a guy like Pac..? that's F'KD!

Pac got KO'd not tortured, and that was his first legitimate loss in a long time. He got KO'd because JMM had the best training and he was huge that night not because Pac is on his way out. Against brandon, I doubt he puts Rio's to sleep but I am pretty sure, it is going to be bloody.

If you don't think it's a duck, great. You are entitled to an opinion. However, try and answer why he would NOT face a guy he just knocked out and say he's retiring but his wife will allow him to have another fight, just not against Pacman, even if it's for as much money as he's made in his career up to that point combined? Why would the wife not alow another Pacquiao fight when it's a lot, lot more money? Do you just not get it or what?

You kind of did your part to confirm it. It was not to do Marquez a favour (like none of the other fights were). Marquez was the best option and there no definitive winner previously.

Marquez doesn't OWE Pacquiao a rematch, he is entitled to do what suits him, especially at this stage of his career. I would wager that if Marquez was made the right offer he would fight Pacquiao again. But I'd have a problem being offered millions less than a guy I'd knocked out to fight him again.
It's almost shocking how my point gets completely ignored by people on here. How they pick and choose what they respond to and what they ignore on purpose because on some level it made too much sense for them to refute in good concience. Sorry to upset you there buddy.

                  • Lucky punch?

Some of you said it was LUCKY because of the time it happened, with 2 seconds left in the 6th round. Well, HATTON was KAYOED in the 2nd round by Pacquiao with 1 second left in the 2nd round, so by your arguement THAT was a LUCKY PUNCH Pacquiao landed ALSO. ALSO Pacquiao was in no way even close to finishing Marquez after the 5th round had Pacquiao survived the round. Pac landed fewer punches in the 6th round than he did in the 5th round. Marquez outlanded Pacquiao in the 6th round and neither man wobbled or had the other man in trouble before the KNOCKOUT!

No excuses Pac got KTFO lucky this lucky that he tripped blah blah blah then why hasn't Floyd ever tripped and got KTFO by a lucky punch then? The first punch wasn't lucky Pacquiao seen it coming yet he went down? Pacquiao is just not the same fighter anymore. He's over the hill and in denial. All the greats go through it. DENIAL. and Yea he WAS winning but then he lost, badly...JMM has never been KTFO like that either..
