This is why you are the gullible one. Again, one guy wanted it more than the other. His name was Manny. I can make a poll tomorrow and trust me that most would agree with me.
You are giving manny a pass. Everytime you use the word roadblock you are attempting to make floyd responsible for manny's decision making. You do this because you are not able to figure out why manny, a fighter you like and respect, has made decisions that are completely opposite of how you see him.

You believe, and have posted dozens of times, how manny is a warrior who fights for the fans and looks for challenges. Yet his decisions regarding the floyd fight-whether it be refusing to fight becuse of PED testing, negotiating the cutoff, or refusing the $40 mil no ppv offer (yes it ******) don't stand up to that perception of him.

Further, his business decisions regarding other fighters, (respectable fighters not **** talkers like floyd that haven't accused him of ped use) CW cotto, CW JMM, making tim and jmm sign to TR, almost walking out on the hatton fight, also directly contradict his image. Thats why when discussing these thinsg you give passes or stay silent.

JMM, tim, rios, cotto. margs, canelo, and yes FLOYD all have sacrificed smaller purses for the chance to make the big payday, for the chance to beat a bigger star. Manny hasn't when it comes to floyd.

You can make every excuse and blame floyd all you want. Eventually you will be forced to accept the fact that the pristine image you have of your favorite fighter is simply a facade. SRL fans accepted it. ODH's fans accepted it. When will you?

          • even though manny is clearly further gone than floyd, i'm sticking with the same pick i've always had.

The first ROADBLOCK was the main one that Floyd wanted. Remember "TAKE THE TEST AND WE HAVE A FIGHT"??? This was not something he said during the first negotiations but well after that. Yet once Manny accepts, Floyd moves on to other ROADBLOCKS. Floyd fans even said "If Manny accepts Floyd's testing and Floyd comes back with something else then we will all know who is ducking who" Some did say that but those like you, after the initial shock, accepted Floyd's newest roadblock after a week or two and "protected" Floyd at all costs.

Once Floyd moved on to the newer roadblocks, he couldn't even get himself to bring them up because he knew it was getting overboard such as "I want ALL PPV money". So in his mind, he tried to convince us that Manny didn't accept the drug testing and still insisted that "Manny needs to take the test" I'm sure you believed Floyd then and said "Really Floyd, Manny didn't accept?"

B Dunn is getting desperate here and making things up. All those other guys you mentioned are not in the same league as Manny nor Floyd in stardom yet you tried to place Manny in the same league as Rios. Even then, Manny was willing to take less than 50/50 but when Floyd heard that, he panicked and asked for "ALL PPV MONEY" because he was too concerned that Manny would accept.

I have criticized Manny in the past so no worries there. It's only some Floyd fans that need to protect him at all costs. Time to accept the fact that after your hero Floyd heard Manny accepted drug testing, he didn't keep his word (Take the test and we have a fight). He quickly moved on to the next ROADBLOCK. Ask yourself why Floyd puts another roadblock and then it's time to accept the fact that Floyd never wanted and proved it many times that he never wanted the fight.

Manny is the " b side". He has 2 choices- take the fight or don't take the fight. Doesn't matter if he is the biggest "B side" ever (other than maybe Holyfield or Lennox with Tyson).

you know what you wrote isn't factual but if this is what you choose to believe its cool. if you actually thought manny's decisons were right you would post all the facts not just the ones that make him look the best.

Tell me why Tim and JMM had to sign with TR to get a manny fight? Tell me why Rios can accept ped testing without trying to negotiate a cutoff date?

These are questions that have nothing to do with floyd so there is no need for you to refernce him inyour answer.

                  You are wrong.

You need to ask yourself this simple question. Why is it that Canelo, Guerrero, Cotto, Ortiz, Marquez, Hatton were NOT under Floyd promotions yet Floyd didn't put such demands to get the fight on. Heck, the Canelo and Guerrero fights are in 2013 and them too didn't require any stipulations of being under the Floyd banner.

Time to accept that Floyd was never interested in the fight with Manny.

                  • floyd clearly saw something in pac that ordinary fans like us didn't see. that's why i'm sticking with floyd's prediction. pac wins this fight. if floyd actually is fighting pac, that's the time i'll change my prediction. but for now... nahh.

With the exception of the last sentence, good post. Just because one fighter beats another does not mean the losing fighter is a facade. Especially great fighters like SRL and DLH.

If you attempt to disagree with that, it would be unfortunate, as at that point I would just take most of your at-first-glance very good posts and suspect trolling.

If one is to expect credability on here, one needs to be objective, and consistent.
