The Chavez Jr. fight is the last significant fight we saw from Sergio -- get used to it.
Great Martinez would have deserved lot more, but he's done.

I don't think GGG vs Martinez will ever happen. I think GGG's style is all wrong for Martinez and Dibella is aware of that.

Stevenson is The Lineal Champ at 175, Hopkins is ranked the #1 challenger. This is the fight that should happen unfortunately HBO rejected it because of the Golden Boy fued. Cleverly and Kovalev are #2 and #3 respectively.

There's no sense in that. It'll just be best vs best in name only.
Sergio is always going to have injuries from here on out. He takes a tune up and he'll probably injure himself again then what, wait till 2015?

That's good Lou, save Sergio for Floyd. 3G, the guy that beat Dirrell in the Olympics also has the quickness and power to KO Maravilla.

Martinez said he has two fight left before retiring right? So GGG will have to put in serious work on getting Quillin and or Jr before the fall bext year to make that a meaningful (read big paycheck fight) for Martinez to retire on. Otherwise Sergio is going for the winner of Canelo and Floyd or the loser along with Cotto. Martinez's next fights are going to be money fights to leave the sport lets make no mistake about that.

I don't blame him. Martinez is old and almost out of the game.. One more easy fight and it's retirement.

People are criticizing Dibella for saying he's going to advice Martinez not to fight Golovkin next coming of healing injuries and a year lay off. My god. There's nothing unreasonable about it.

I remember not too long ago people were making up conspiracies about Dibella doing everything his power to keep Golovkin down by not letting any of his fighters fight Golovkin. Then he lets Macklin fight Golovking probably fully knowing he'll likely get knocked out and cause the demand for Martinez vs Golovkin.

Don't forget that his reflexes are getting worse and will only continue to go south from here on out. It's inevitable really

...Golovkin is quicker when fighting sleek boxers, He beat Dirrell for the silver medal out pointing Andre. 3g is the future, he is smart with boxing skills and he just don't beat the other guy, G bust their face up.

He walks people down slow and methodically, cuts the ring off with slow smooth moves. So yes he is kinda slow and he is style is somewhat pludding. I reckin he is a beast at what he does, but dont try and sell him for what he is not!
