Why would vada testing necessarily equal no fight? I was so pleased when this fight was signed to learned marquez had signed up for vada I was like wow gj marquez. He obviously didn't and I think he's stalling with this rehydration thing why demand it now when you had already agreed to testing?

Marquez wants USADA. And in my opinion, it's mostly because Memo Heredia doesn't want VADA because of Victor Conte's influence. Victor Conte promotes VADA at any chance he gets, and shoots down USADA any chance he gets. Although lately, he seems to have toned down his biased attacks against USADA. He just recently posted a report by USADA and their findings with testing tennis athletes.

            Easier said than done.

Bradley has a family to feed. And Top Rank isn't stacked with Welterweight talent. If he passes on Marquez, who will he fight instead for a nice payday? Jesse Vargas? There is no one at Top Rank, besides Pacquaio, that would even come close to the purse he would get with Marquez.

Only guys like Pacquaio, Mayweather, Marquez, or even Cotto, can walk away from a high paying purse.

I don't know why Marquez even considered giving this bum a chance. Bradley was given a free pass when he got the W in the Pacquiao fight. He has proven time and time again that he is such a boring fighter that most fight fans don't care to watch. I surely hope Marquez will stick to his guns and stand firm on his demands. Bradley, hahaha what a joke!

It's a fact that Memo does not want VADA. He's on record saying that. It's really just because it's the agency of choice of his enemy. You must not be aware that Conte and Memo go at it almost daily. Arguing back and forth about VADA and USADA, the fighters getting tested or not, etc.

He regretted turning down that Peterson fight by the way. Because after that, he ended up being forced to take a long lay off. He wrongly assumed that he could get something better. Even Arum thought he was nuts.

Arum seemingly making sense. Schaefer prefers to have his next door neighbor handle the testing for his fights and submit the results to him prior to disseminating the results to other parties so he can decide which reports to toss in the burn barrel out back.

The only joke will be your explanation as to how Marquez lost this fight.
