Now you're trying to pee in his cereal too, and make these senile comments "it's too soon... it's bad for Canelo to take this fight".... of course it is.... BECAUSE you aren't involved in the promotion, Rube! You're a crook. You and Don King have had your hands in each others pockets for years. You aren't credible, and neither is the WBC. When Canelo KO's Mayweather... you'll be on the first flight out of town, to go rub your ugly mug up alongisde your WBC Champion, and ride those coattails. You should work for the Circus. You're a Phony.
Wow dude, why beat around the bush, just say what you mean. GREAT POST!!!!!

      That will be the excuses.

      1.Floyd drained Canelo
2.Floyd is fighting a GREEN Canelo
3.In 2 years Canelo will destroy Floyd.

not a mistake, Canelo investors are just cashing in. Canelo have been groomed to fight (and lose) in a big ppv fight. this is the right time to cash in on Canelo.

I don't understand the rush neither because I have alway though the later the better this fight would be for Canelo. He gets beat easily in this one sorry.

Stuff it, the "kid" has over 40 fights, almost as many if not more KO's than Floyd, a title holder......he is ready....as ready as he'll ever be. Is he going to suddenly be ready next year? I'd hope so because that's about all the time Floyd has left......smh

I don't blame Canelo at all because of a career high payday

But Floyd wanting a catchweight when Canelo is only 22 years old, not prime, not P4P is incomprehensible to people that know about boxing
Oh please you big sorry pac dirty draws eater. Its horrible to force a man to fight at 145 when both of you have been fighting at 147. To force a man lower is a cheap trick. And for all floyds fights at 154 he only wt 150 plus canelo will wt 165-170 on fight nite as there is no roach clause for canelo to wt 152 on fight nite. And we all know you didnt call pacs wt draining below 147 a travesty. Oh wait you did say people that know boxing and since you dont know shyt about boxing you can go ahead with your hypocritical post.

He can rematch. There aren't a lot of fighters out there for Floyd to beat. I mean there's the winner of the Jr Welterweight tournament and he can always spank Khan in the UK but really speaking there aren't many options for him. If Canelo improves as a fighter, then people will question whether he can redeem himself ( Sort of like Froch and Ward), the catchweight is an added bonus as it would strengthen claims that he was not at his best.

I don't agree with catchweight fights ( especially for titles) but it wouldn't surprise me if Floyd's final fight is against Canelo at 157lb for a Middleweight strap.

The way Canelo should have gone was Lara-Angulo winner in september, Cotto after a solid win in May 2014 and then Mayweather in september 2014. By that time Canelo would have been more mature and Floyd older.

But the good thing about this is that after Canelo gets his ass whooped by Floyd a fight with Cotto will be even bigger because it will be looked at as an even fight.
