Just because you're attempting to make an argument that Devon has a better resume than Floyd's previous opponents (whose resumes didn't wow anyone anyway) doesn't mean Devon is all of a sudden "deserving".

Floyd should have fought PWill, Pacquaio, Margarito, etc... if it was all about truly deserving.

At least it was against the best fighter in his division who is known for being dirty. Being ouboxed by old man Judah, and hyping up beating small old Soto and untested still have seen him since Ajose earn you a big payday? keep reaching.

But trying to sell this fight isnt a joke?

Fuck Devon Alexander, hes a chump who'll quit at the first sight of blood. Khan gets wobbled after he sneezes.

          Mayweather vs Canelo.

Then floyd should fight Corley, that guy has fought a lot of top boxers in his division that he lost to

              Small soto?

Did you actually watch the Ajose fight, he actually came to fight and win, not just stand there with his hands up and not throw

probably the meeting of the two biggest 140 lb punchers since cotto = torres, another badass fight.

sometimes a loss against a good or great fighter rises your stock, Cotto vs Mayweather was one of them. Oh my bad Ajose came to win and do his job, so he’s awesome, keep reaching, Matthysse resume is lacking.

mathysse -soto was another badass fight.

soto hit matthysse with a few "what the **** just hit me?" type of shots.

and that flying knuckle sandwich matthysse threw to end the fight was insane. he was probably done before that thing landed when he staggered to the ropes, but goddamn that was a finish.

soto couldn't even open his eyes in the corner. i have no idea how he got back up.

Of the people at 147, ummm better than Khan unless you want to talk imaginary scenarios where Top Rank and Golden Boy actually work together. He has 5 fights left so expect some soft touch Guerrero/Ortiz esque calibur fighters thrown in there.
