At least Garcia and Alexander are young accomplished been in several title fights and stand a chance. Canelo and mattyssee are tailor made for Mayweather
All I ever need to see to know not to bother.

Say what you want about Judah-Matthysse, but Matthysse-Alexander was a no questions robbery.

No, you're ok with it because GBP and Floyd think he's a worthy opponent, you just said it a few posts ago. At that point you cant criticize any fighter fighting anyone. You have a mind of your own, you can agree of disagree you know
There's no reason why guys Robert Guerrero and Victor Ortiz should get shots at Floyd Mayweather while a guy like Devon Alexander gets overlooked.
Do you know how many guys have mediocre fighters like Devon there are? Floyd would be 265-0 if he fought every guy like devon
It's simply because people like their styles more despite having ****ty qualifications.
Devon doesnt stand out in anything at all in terms of qualifications, none at all

This is literally like saying some hot girl let two regular guys get lucky and **** her so that means the other regular guy who lives down the street DESERVES too as well.
The bottom line is the nobody did. Hence the term "got lucky."

(sorry for being vulgar, i'm just trying to explain this in the most simple of terms for you)
What's your point? Someone with Lee Purdy's qualifications would be the #4 ranked IBF contender.

If your the #4 ranked IBF contender, you deserve a fight with Devon ONLY if the #1, #2 and #3 ranked contenders are all unable to take the fight. Or if you work your way up the rankings, beat the #1 contender and become his mandatory.

        That's how their rules work.

I might not watch for weeks afterwards unless I read that something interesting improbably happened.

Grunt, counter right hand. Grunt, counter right hand. Grunt grunt, right hand left hook. I'm falling asleep thinking about it.

And he would be 265-0 if he fought any combination of Guerrero, Ortiz, Old ass Mosley, Fat Marquez who had never been at 147 and Fat Hatton who was garbage at 147 265 times too so what's your point?

Guerrero is the definition of basic and mediocre. He won 1 round against Floyd. Going into the fight many thought he would make it a "dog fight" and push Floyd to the limit. But he was scared to throw a punch. Some of the very people in this thread arguing against me as a matter of fact were hyping up Guerrero as an opponent because of his toughness and relentless pressure.

Alexander has to beat Khan, Guerrero, Berto, Ortiz type of fighter to actually be a serious fighter in line.

He choke against Bradley and almost folded against Ketelnik. He showed that he has the abililty to stink the place out against Bailey.

Right now that is a hard fight to see for a $70 PPV
