Does anyone realize that manny started at 108, floyd started at 130.
Floyd is a naturally bigger man and that is why he should be able to fight anyone for 154 and down.
Manny is a midget and can barely make 147.. thats nearly 40 pounds higher than he started.
Add 40 pounds to floyd's starting weight of 130 and you get 170.
Does anybody really wanna see floyd fight the likes of ward, froch, hopkins, etc.
People should relax on manny about the weights.
I remember when people said that morales too big for him at 130. lol now people want him fighting cotto and margarito.
Go back to 2005. If you even discussed manny vs cotto or margarito you would be laughed at and posters would think you are an idiot.

Yup 3 years later and that did him a lot of good! Manny is more effective when he is lighter as he has better mobility and doesn't look as bulky. Marquez came in at 142 the first time against Floyd and he looked bad. Sure, you can make the weight but the point is to be as effective as possible at that weight.

If Manny wasn't small when he came in 3-5lbs below the WW limit then Floyd is not small for 154 where he had already won twice and holds a title there.

Manny is small because he doesn't jump up to 160+ on fight night. Similarly, Floyd is relatively small for 154 (compared to Canelo) but Floyd is a gym rat so he will not gain much more anyways.

There's no comparison. Pac went 6 weight classes before asking for his 1st CW. He never pretended he was a welter champ when he asked Cotto for 145, not SWW champ with Marg. He was moving up both times. He found he can handle his 7th division, and but not his 8th, like Floyd can't handle his 5th. But he did it without the dishonesty. Right after the fight the weight is too much, he's going back to welter and not coming back up.

By contrast, Floyd and his fanboys boasted about being #1 at SWW, 2x champ. The guy is still holding on to the belt for more than a year. Probably waiting for the Karass Berto result, cause SWW is Karass' best weight. And if the rumor is true, he won't even entertain a CW. See, CWs are used all the time when moving up. But a current champ asking a fellow champ in the same division for a CW, much less rejecting one and asking for a full division drop, that's unheard of, for obvious reasons.

Nothing to do with being a fan or not. EVERYONE knows that there is a high probability that Manny fights a TR guy and I have the facts to prove it since that is what happened in Manny's last 7 fights. You on the other hand are making something out of nothing. Manny was not going to fight Mosley in 2009. Again EVERYONE BUT YOU knew that it was going to be Cotto who was a TR guy and the guy who beat Mosley.

Manny came from 130 to WW and fought a top WW for a title in his 2nd fight there and Cotto was actually the first true WW he fought. I say that was a feat in itself but for you, Manny was a ducker and I'm trolling! lol!
