floyd and canelo have no intention of fighting each other right now.

floyd is waiting for canelo's name to get even bigger for money.

canelo as well. for money as well as gain more experience to be ready for floyd.

all this talk and "SUPPOSED" disagreements on making the fight is designed to hype up the fight for next year or so.

pac-marquez/bradley did the same thing. pac rematches are inevitable for jmm and tim. but let it SIMMER as uncle bob would say.

Pacquiao refused to fight a guy he pummelled the crap out of because he wouldn't come back down to 147, that tells you right there that they knew Cotto was stronger and more dangerous without the draining.

Again EVERYONE BUT YOU knew that it was going to be Cotto who was a TR guy and the guy who beat Mosley.

Manny came from 130 to WW and fought a top WW for a title in his 2nd fight there and Cotto was actually the first true WW he fought. I say that was a feat in itself but for you, Manny was a ducker and I'm trolling! lol!
arum is that you ? Great excuses

That's not true, Pac refused to go above 147, just like he said after Marg. But after Cotto cried "he offered Marg 150, why can't he offer that to me. does he fear me?" Pac offered him 150. Then Cotto said the money and weight weren't right, and went on to lose to Trout for peanuts and look like a midget.

My Argument is Pacquiao didn't want to fight Cotto at his most comfortable weight, if they thought draining would make no difference why ask for a CW? Especially after already beating the crap out of the guy. Cotto had already gave into Pacquiaos demands once and said it affected, them asking for another CW obviously shows they believe it too.

Fighting a TR guy that beat Mosley and fighting for the title is an excuse? First I thought you just didn't know but after telling you and reminding you of the history of fighters that Manny faced, .... Sorry but you MUST BE trolling!

floyd has been at ww for eight years, went up to 154 for money fights against past prime welterweights, and is now asking for a big ass, prime 154 pounder to come down to Welter.

a particular, garbage fanbase cried and cried about the 145 catchweight for cotto by pac's team. i thought it was ****** and unnecessary catchweight but nothing like the heinous crime a certain garbage fanbase called it.

then, when mayweather beat cotto, they said the flabby, slow 154 cotto was at a comfortable weight. floyd himself used that angle to promote the fight.

if anything, floyd's is even lamer. it would be like pac asking cotto to come down to 140. after having b1tched about fighting people at their comfortable weight, and not cheat like their rival does.

a certain garbage fanbase cried and cried about the 145 cotto catchweight (miguel has actually weighed 146 for his previous fight).

                      will they cry now?

or will they approach it as they always do, from a floyd-centric point of view?
Pacquaio met at the half way mark he didn't ask Cotto to drop back to 147 but 150 so there is a difference
