He had 0 welter fights in that span of course, but had plenty while Floyd was active at welter. Wonder why they never met. Raheem lost his very next fight, in an unwatchable display, and faded to bolivian. And Zab is a new, creative one, lol. Well Pac took out Cotto and Clottey in 4 months. Don't you remember Judah being made to quit vs both of these guys?

Actually he beat ODH for his 5th division title. Just like then he only went to 154 for the money. BUt it would be more of a challenge for him to fight bigger guys.

But at least Pacs gives some of his fellow pros the chance to beat him, if not raheem he gave Morales a chance to beat him, as at least Pac fights often.
