You have to clean up and give everyone a chance to upset you. The buster douglous for Floyd might be the 10th best WW in the world.
Fight FLoyd, fight and then people wont give you a hard time.

Mike Tyson might have been in a weak era, but at least he gave everyone a chance to beat him. BH fought a load of crap middlweights but at least he defended his belt 20 times and gave every tom, **** and harry a chance to take his belts.
Yes!!! Thank you!!! Stay busy and fight

it was always obvious pac would slip before floyd, i think floyd knew pac's time would come some day given the fact pac fights 2 - 3 times a year and his style doesn't do him any favours i'm 100% floyd doesn't want it atleast not yet anyway

A fighter is ranked and judged by who they beat....floyd has beaten top three guy tgrough five divisions. Every all time great has not beaten another atg in their prime. If people actually folloq boxing they would realize how rare it is for two or more atgs to campaign in the same era, same weight. Hopkins, Holmes, julio cesar chaveZ, alexis arguello, lennox lewis, carlos monzon, etc all top 50 p4p greats never beat a prime all time grear whether becayse one wasnt their in their era or politics. I understand he didnt fight pacqaio or say margarito but dude has beat almost a dozen title holders in a row its never been done. Also we didnt see SRR fight burley, hagler or leonard fight mccallum, or other fights. Judge fughters fie what they done not they didnt.

Probably has something to do with the fighters he ducked and the fact he fights once a year against meh opponents and charges the earth for it. He deserves all the **** he gets.

Truthfully it's because of his personality...based on facts and numbers he trumps the other fighters...he has beaten 17 world titlists....more than anyone today, has fought for a world title in half his fights and is competing at the top level when most his peers are retire or steppingstone fighters but were at the top years ago. He had almost 40 fights when he began to fight once a year and fought for or defended titles since his 18 pro fight....wear and tear...no fighter today has consistently done this outside when Jones was doing it in his day

Some of those havent been very good. A world title isnt that rare and when you look closely at his record, its pretty thin when you take everything into account. 43 fights in 17 years is pretty lazy. The guy fights only for money, good luck to him, but he has managed to avoid the biggest fights or the most dangerous people out there consistently for some time now.

He isnt a man who goes after challenges or dares to be great...He goes after money and tells people he is great.

If what he did is so east why has he beaten more champions than fighters with more fights like Marquez, PAC man, Martinez, Hopkins, every fighter active period. Also dude has fought on a world class level for 17 years. Our opinions are cool but hat is a fact.
fighting in 5 divisions winning titles 3 lineal is quite rare.... PAC man has 4, canzoneri, armstrong, and very few others have gone this. Is cool if people feel he should have fought certain guys or have their own agenda but Floyd it is a true all time great

                      Been saying it for years....

Sergio fights Dzinziruk (Top 10 at 154), Barker (not ranked at 160), Macklin (#3 160), Chavez (#3 160), and Murray (Top 10 160)....get's applauded by most anyone on here.

Manny fights Clottey (#5 147), Margarito (not ranked at 147 or 154), Mosley (Top 10 at 147, hadn't won his last two fights), and Marquez 3 when he did, doesn't get near as much s**t.

Floyd fights Mosley (#1-2 147/#3 P4P), Ortiz (#2 147), Cotto (#1 154), and Guerrero (#3 147).....and gets universal crap on here a lot of times.

Mayweather is the only fighter in the history of the sport who gets s**t for fighting top ranked fighters at or around his weight. Seriously, the guys who claim he's overrated or whatever, they are the one's overrating him by saying it's a cherry pick if the guy fights top fighters at his weight class. He's supposedly too good to fight the top fighters at his weight, that they wanted him to fight the Middleweight champion. Nevermind that he's 20 lbs smaller than him at least and started at 130 lbs, and has never weighed more than 151 lbs.

And the only fights he didn't get that would have meant something were Pacquiao, Margarito, Tszyu, and Wright. Wright wasn't a duck, Floyd would have been crazy to go from 140 to 154 lbs in 2005, but he was willing to do so. Margarito, the only thing that has any merit of a fight Floyd didn't seem interested in. But if you want to be real with the "facts", Floyd openly said he'd fight Margarito for 8 million, if Bob Arum was willing to give him certain money for De La Hoya and Cotto. Arum said he didn't see that as a possibility. Floyd-Tszyu didn't happen for a few reasons. One, different networks and two, Tszyu was hurt when Floyd came up to 140. And when the fight was getting talked about, when Floyd-Gatti and Tszyu-Hatton were happening, Tszyu lost to Hatton. And as far as Floyd and Manny, neither fighter seemed interested at the same time. But the only time there was a real contract sent and written up, early 2010, it wasn't Floyd Mayweather who turned it down. Had Manny signed and agreed to testing then, instead of doing so 2 years later finally, we would have had a fight in March 2010. I still think, if Manny comes back strong, this could happen someday.
