How many times in boxing have we seen that happen in boxing? All the time there's been a ton of fights where one fighter clearly wins easily and gets robbed. So silly you to think that doesn't happen in boxing. When I say make him look average I mean Canelo will not be able to catch trout cleanly to many times because trouts movement and defense will cause flat footed Canelo lots of problems. Anyways keep believing that there's no robberies in boxing

It's hard to predict what Alvarez will do.

He hasn't fought anyone on Trout's level of what Trout brings to the table.

IF Canelo wins in impressive fashion, then he's arrived.

Folks are hilarious, i'm sorry but I haven't seen anything from Trout besides being a bit evasive that impresses me at all. Cotto is a slow fisted fighter, his fastest punch is the jab so going off what trout did vs Cotto is ludicrous to expect vs Canelo. Personally I am a Cotto fan and do think Canelo would've ended that fight with Miguel taking a nap. The guy is a 147 max fighter who is too lazy at this point of his career to fight at 147 and is wayyyyy too slow and small to fight at 154. I do not see Canelo vs Trout going the distance, Trout often goes off balance trying to be elusive and is within margin of being knockdown if caught with anything during those moments but we won't have to wait long to see the fight either way.

I think Canelo will edge it, but it will be close.

I don't listen to anything Lederman has to say, he's the same clown who had Jirov-Toney as a draw ffs.

Nonsense. That's what you call make someone look average, eh?

Abril hugged all night in that fight. Survival mode can't win judges. Fighters don't go hoping they'll get a ref that tolerates excessive holding. What if the ref penalizes every hold you do? You're doomed. So he got lucky.

Hahah yup, I was thinking the same thing reading these dumb comments.

I dunno if Alvarez is going to destroy Trout, but I think it is possible. Canelo has boxing abilities that are special and he will be trained and at his peak for this event. I do think if he can land something that hurts Trout, he will finish him. If Trout decides early after he tastes Canelo's power that he doesn't want to stay there and trade, he could play defense for 12 rounds and let the anti-Canelo group cry robbery, even in a clear defeat.

I don't think Trout has enough steam on his punches to get Alvarez out.

I'm still trying to figure out how someone discerns that a fighter (is special), when he's done nothing nor beaten anyone of note ion the weight class he resides. Do these guys own a Delorian or something??
