Makes me rethink my thought of Trout if Lederman is so sure that will happen. You never know whats going to happen but I like Trout as much as I like Canelo so I would like to see excellent back and forth boxing

I'd like to see it, I think Floyd knows the size difference though and won't take it. If he will it'll be his next fight. He is getting older and while he stays in great shape and doesn't take a lot of punishment, he still won't be able to keep up forever. His style isn't like hop where he roughs you up on the inside, he is a pure boxer.

Will he take it? I'd like to think so, but that's up to Canelo, as for who'd win the fights would have to play out and make judgement from there. Also as always it'll depend how well canelo-trout does financially. It's not an excuse its a fact in modern boxing, especially with floyd, it comes down to money.

Hype train? So if he beats the guy EVERYONE was demanding he fights, that guy (Trout) now becomes a bum and Canelo is hype once again?

Welcome to Boxingscene... demanded to fight someone, you win... he was terrible, you lose you're terrible. It's how things go here. The cycle goes on with many fighters on threads throughout here, can't believe how many I read. It's a lose lose to be honest.

It's how they're seen down the road though, and in the publics eye though that matters, not what a small niche of people on a forum think. If he beats trout the media will recognize it, though like I said, if Trout wins he'll get a higher recognition.

Am incline to go with how Delvin Rodriguez called this fight.

I respect "Jim! I gotta tell ya" and I think he believes what he says. We will see. I also know that a whole lot of people involved in boxing are putting a lot of hopes in Canelo being the goods. The FOR REAL goods. Because if he is, if he steps up and destroys these talented guys who are his own size, he will be the face of boxing once Floyd and Manny are gone. Which is going to be soon. Canelo could be a massive, massive star with huge cross over potential.

                    (Go Trout.)

Great, don't be surprised when Letterman has it 12-0 when Trout is obviously winning.
