And I dont think you understand...I HAD NO INVOLVEMENT LOL...thats what I am telling you...I spent most days watching him try and lose weight and be miserable...it was the worst training camp ever conducted...unlike the other camps, we had people there who had no business being there...it was ridiculous...Accept my responsibility and own up to my involvement? What involvement? My involvement was telling the guy in charge that he was doing it wrong...and being ignored by the fighter and his mood swings. Its EASY for a guy on the internet to say what "should have been done" but if you were there every day, if you were in the situation and had decisiions to make, well, decisions arent so easy to make as you make them seem here.

I disagree, and I'll leave it at that.

The next fighter I trained won't have this problem, you can believe that..." etc. etc. You're obviously not saying all that, but that's the general vibe that I'm observing based on your point-of-view, at least in these posts and in this thread. Make sense?

It makes sense. And if thats what I am saying, what would be wrong with that? Put yourself in MY shoes. The thing is, in hindsight, I guess you guys dont get the full perception from me because I cant tell you EVERYTHING that went on, some things must be kept to myself Im sure u can understand that. If I was able to tell you EVERYTHING that happened then I am sure you woul dsee my point much clearer. Honestly, I wish I could tell you! But that wouldnt be right. I am trying to just keep it strictly boxing-getting ready for the fight...but when you are in camp with someone often times it is more than just boxing involved.

With ALL due respect, you are not in a position to really agree or disagree. You werent there in camp (or...were you?) so you only know what I am able to tell you here...some things just cannot be told of course...

THAT'S WHAT I AM SAYING...this guy is agreeing with me. Im not sure what the issue here is?? I am the boxing trainer, not the strength coach/nutritionist or the manager or the promoter. I had no say in going to 168 or not.
Idk man. You posted a very extensive post explaining it all and its like they didn't read it.

I remember watching the weigh ins and a couple of us were arguing with some other guys about Dawson. Some people were claiming he looked perfectly fine and wasn't drained but I guess they had experience on how these things work. Sure Dawson "looked" fine but if you knew anything you would know the guy was not 100%. There just wasn't any possible way.
