Trout is good, but let's be honest, he's not the best available JMW. I still think Kirk, Lara, Vanes and as much as I hate his style, Molina are still in the mix as well.

Anyway, back to the point. Point is, I don't know if Canelo is good or bad because he hasn't fought any good measuring sticks. Couple that with he's going up against a Top 5 JMW that I wouldn't completely consider the best as of yet, and you got me kind of split down the middle... It's one of those fights where I'll know who'll win after the first 2 rounds.

But to make an accurate prediction before the fight, I can't because I simply don't know how Canelo fights against someone his own size/skill level.
    Exactly what this guy said

He doesn't have a Miguel cotto and been tested to the extent that Trout has but the kid has the skills and its clear to see he is a legit top level fighter at 154.

Well, Pac had a better resume than Floyd, and has fought better people, but Floyd was favourite against Pac. Just cos Pac has a better resume dont mean to say Floyd dont deserve to fight Pac.

Canelo has obviously made a name for himself cos he has looked pretty good beating who he has beat. The people who he beat speak highly of him as well.
what are you talking about he saying the guys trout faced are better then the ones canelo face he did not say anying about them not fighting because one has a better resume

I want a answer for this question I've asked many times but never got a answer for...
WHAT makes Austin Trout the best opponent Canelo has fought?
Judged on the level of opposition Trout has came against what gives you the right to say that?
Trout is on the same boat as Canelo but the huge difference is Alvarez is alot younger, Trout is what 27/28years old?
Biggest names on his record is only washed up Cotto and then Delvin Rodriquez, that's definitely not the most impressive record around.

Fighting a 40 year old Shane Mosley is more of a challenge than Cotto and Delvin.

Haha Trout fans clinging onto that Miguel Cotto name... Give me a break!
Miguel Cotto 3/4 years ago would of took Alvarez apart piece by piece but that's right when Miguel Cotto was mixing it up with the best at that time Trout was fighting nobodies and the only name you really can throw into that spinner is Cotto because Trout has surely not been tested!!
Austin Trouts true test comes against Canelo Alvarez, odd to think how old Trout is that he hasn't really fought that many big names to be regarded that highly.

Hardly... You're just sweating all over Trout's nuts.
Fact is you ignore all of the other points made, that's the level of ******ity going on with Trout fans.

You can't be serious. Mosley drew with Sergio Mora, who in reality whopped him in his last fight.
