could was #2 but i wouldnt say he was the best. hes not that good of a fighter honestly, but for hopkins to beat him at 48 is still very special. theres no doubt about that.

Uh, let me see, he beat undefeated favorite Chad Dawson, undefeated Adrian Diaconu twice in his first fight at 175 when no one else wanted to AD, and fought a war that was much closer than the judges had it against Froch. Hopkins was coming off an absolutely terrible performance against Roy Jones, where he did more crying than fighting, but luckily for him, shot Roy did no fighting at all.
