Why do BK fighters always say Brooklyn as if it makes them tough?

being from certain walks of life doesn't make you tougher or smarter...its just a pride thing...not really a big deal imo
I don't care where anyone is from, that doesn't make them tough physically or mentally. Rid**** Bowe is from Brownsville in Brooklyn, a well known neighborhood, and he ducked a damn British fighter like a b*tch.....I wonder how his boys in Brooklyn felt about that one.
And shooting a gun doesn't equal tough either. Some white hick from Fargo may very well be able to beat the hell out of another person from a rougher neighborhood in whatever city. Neighborhood's don't equal toughness. It depends on the person.

Lots of immigrants and black folks who made Brooklyn what it was and it was the perfect place for Jackie Robinson to integrate into baseball. This was the time it got its reputation. No nonsense, tough, working class people.
Now its just full of hipsters and really the people repping brooklyn are no different from people in the Bronx.
Being from Brooklyn means absolutely nothing, your nothing special. Get over yourself you hipster clowns

I was like who the f**k would live in this city for these prices, no offense to anyone or anything. I thought California and places in Colorado were ridiculous for prices, but NYC takes the cake, for the places I've been at least.Last edited by Weebler I; 03-08-2013, 03:53 AM.

That's the price of living on Manhattan island where the world's financial elite go to work.

Anyway, That dude three losses against nobodies and two draws and no knockout wins.
His record is far from impressive (8 fights 3 W 3 L 2 D) but he's from BROOKLYN so Marcus Brown better watch out.
