Not surprising. Devon is young, wins over Maidana and Lucas M., and most of all...he has a WW title that Floyd wants to pick up and possibly unify.

this is a terrible fight. i have not supported alexander since he quit in the tim bradley fight.
Me either.... This will be the first Floyd fight I stream.

I can't stand Devon "pull back my punches before they land" Alexander.

I can't even FATHOM a scenario where Devon wins more than 2 rounds.

Well, that's easy. Who knows what a judge will "see," especially if the fans are ****ting on the fight this badly and they need a way to make it look good after the fact.

Unless you mean legitimately. Then yeah, I can't imagine it either. We have to remember, Tim Bradley won a robbery decision over Manny Pacquiao last year. Mayweather getting robbed against Alexander isn't anymore ridiculous than that.

Alexander will be lucky to win even 1 minute of a round. This is the biggest PPV mismatch of an opponent Floyd has faced since Gatti.

No one needs to worry about a robbery in this fight. Devons prime could get robbed from him. Hes going to get worked. He has no business in a ring with Floyd. None.

Floyd would actually be better off fighting Brook! Brook would bring a huge amount of fans, and it would be easier to market. From an entertainment perspective it would also be a much better fight to watch.

And even Devon's prime wasn't that great. Floyd will work him over. Zero intrigue in this fight.

Actually, I think from a talent standpoint, I think Alexander presents more issues for Floyd than Guerrero. That said, Ghost is more proven as a welterweight and IMO far more deserving of a shot.
