The reason Floyd didn't get credit was because Floyd made him come up two divisions to WW with a catchweight of 144.

JMM looked very soft as he had to bulk up to make the weight. To make matters worse Floyd came in at 146. 2lbs over the limit he set which gave him an advantage.

IMO Marquez has now grown into a WW be it a small one, thats why he was more muscular. He'll probably be better at JWW.

No doubt, Floyd put a clinic on Marquez but Marquez was the agressor that fight making Floyd look good. JMM looks better against aggressive fighters as he showed us against Pac.

Floyd deserves credit but Marquez is too small for him
Just like Pacquiao is but people are ****** enough to believe Pacquiao his a chance against Mayweather

Sure I'll give that chicken **** credit...if he goes up to the 160 and fights Martinez.

After he does that sure I'll give him the credit. Until then **** off Larry, I knew you were planning something like this. You just wanted to the let the festivities cool down.

I don`t think you understand the psychology of the people that don`t give Floyd credit. They are haters, its not their job to give Floyd credit, their job is to make comments base on hate and that includes not giving Floyd credit for anything.

These are the same people who want Marquez to take extra testing but feel Pacquiao don`t have to take any test. These are the same people who embrace the "Pacquiao is afraid of needles" claim.

Just ignore them and let do what they do best which is hate. All that hate will eventually give em a stroke then the forums will be liberated from boxing groupies.

You really need to stop sniffing his bum, Larry. You have been a total cretin(even more than usual) since last weekend. Dont you ever read the stuff you post and then curl up and die from embarrasment?

You really should punch yourself in the face every time you either type or think about typing 'Haterz'(hate used four times in your short post).....assuming that you are older than 13, if not carry on talking and typing like a twat.

As for the second bold, gross, laughable hypocrisy here. You, a floyd groupie/fanboy/bumsniff are responding to another groupie/fanboy/bumsniff and looking forward to the day groupies/fanboys and bumsniffs leave the forum.

Floyd's in his 8th weight class. You have to draw the line somewhere.

Larry, you forgot to add that the Marquez fight was postponed for two months and gave Juan more time to adjust.

In regards to Brian Kenny, you forgot to mention he criticized Floyd before the JMM fight saying that he should Mosley. Floyd proceeded to do so. In short, he's shut Kenny up 3 times by beating Baldomir, Hatton, and Mosley.

In all honesty however, Mayweather, at 147, was at his most brilliant when he beat Mosley. Because of the way Floyd is quickly discredited in his wins, I had said that the only way that Floyd would get credit and show people that he was that he was the real deal would be if he had to face adversity. And while that adversity was short-lived, the punch that Mosley landed gave Mayweather haters something to go wild about. Mayweather kept calm and proceeded to just punish Mosley for the rest of the fight.

Of course, they discredited nonetheless. "That wasn't Mosley. He was old, shot." And these were the same people saying that Floyd was ducking Mosley after the Margarito fight. I understand people saying that the fight came too late, but Mosley's last fight had been a shocking TKO win over Margarito, and people were interested in the fight regardless. There were very few people, if any, that were pointing at Mosley's age and inactivity and predicting that it'd hinder him. To most, this was the guy Floyd should've fought, and he did so. On the brink of getting dropped or KTFO, Floyd comes back and beats Mosley over 10 one sided rounds. Magnificent.
