Every fighter who loses is always going to be called "overrated" on here by some schmuck. Cotto had a great career, fought the best and provided us with tons of great action fights, and he did great for himself. Sure he was never P4P #1 material, but no need to crap on him right now.

Cotto's a great fighter.Yes he was credited with a dubious win over Clottey and the way he beat Judah was obviously through fouling but he's a good fighter.He's not the best of this generation but he's one of the great fighters of this generation.It's just basically Mayweather,because on the Pacquiao fight I think weight took some power and steam from Cotto.If Pacquiao had not asked for a catchweight we would have known the truth so I still consider Cotto to be a great fight.Trout is a great fighter and very underrated but he's a technician.

Cottos had ups and downs but he's only human and technically he is a great fighter with maybe not that great a defence but he's cool to watch and he's gotton through tough fights with heart,footwork and determination

Even when he was getting hit last night by a guy that dwarfed him he was still trying to come back ... he is a pure fighter and a real man..

I guess you can't relate to him being a real man though,internet warriors can't,I don't blame you
