    Cotto has always been overrated

I knew he'd lose tonight, it was obvious. But you wouldnt listen, just a stay busy for the great Miguel cotto you said...

At 140 cotto was decent but overrated, he got wobbled by bums multiple times, and never took on any real killers.

Up to 147, gets smashed to bits by Margarito and quits. Gets past old Shane mosley in probably his best win, fights various other no marks.

Takes on pac, gets demolished, runs the whole second half of the fight but gets praised for showing "heart"

Fights a one legged rabi, wins and is suddenly an atg

Gets "revenge" over the re animated corpse of Margarito. Does not look impressive

Loses at least 9 rounds to faded floyd, cotto fans call it a "close fight"

Takes on young, hungry Austin Trout and loses in a landslide.

Cotto has always been B level

Yuri "the gimp" Foreman is his best win, but I agree with your entire post!

i seen him losing tonight also, but i dont think fans have overrated him

          only those Cotto stans

im a Cotto fan n i think his had a great career, fought good fights, hardly ever cherry picked like most these days, he was a real old school fighter maybe that tells u why he is rated at cause he actually takes challenging fights

Margarito would have stopped him with the one eye if the ref/doctor hadn't stepped in

Every fighter who loses is always going to be called "overrated" on here by some schmuck. Cotto had a great career, fought the best and provided us with tons of great action fights, and he did great for himself. Sure he was never P4P #1 material, but no need to crap on him right now.

Cotto was not overrated. Forget about what some say about him.

                  Same goes for Hatton.
